1. Overview

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


2. Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Gift cards or downloadable software products

  • Health and personal care items (if used or unsealed)


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary)
    If you’ve done this and still haven’t received it, contact support@soperlum.com.


5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, email support@soperlum.com before shipping your product back.


6. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact support@soperlum.com for the correct return address.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).


7. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items sent back without contacting us first

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse
